STEP 1 - Tenant Consent Form

Please note that most of the answers on this form are dropdown boxes where you can select a number. with the default answer being 0.

1. One person from the household must complete the ‘Tenant Consent Form’ and sign the final page.

2. Note that a typed signature is sufficient if your software does not allow you to draw your signature.

3. We may require additional household members over the age of 18 to sign a separate form.

Fill in the forms on your computer and save or print and complete manually. Then proceed to the next step.
