National Rental Affordability Scheme.

Eligibility

Properties under the National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS) must be rented to eligible Tenants.

Eligibility is based on gross income limits for households and is indexed each year according to percentage changes in the “All Groups” component of CPI (Consumer Price Index). For the purposes of the Scheme, a household is considered to be all persons who are living in the property.

An assessment is conducted based on the income you have earned in the previous 12 months. This determines your eligibility.
