National Rental Affordability Scheme.

Applications - Before you get started

Applications are accepted via 2Apply however there are additional forms and documents that need to be supplied.

Please kindly note the below important reminders.

  1. Applications are processed on a ‘first come, first served’ basis, provided that all information is supplied.

  2. Incomplete applications cannot be processed. If we request further information, it is your responsibility to supply it in a timely manner. No reminders will be sent.

  3. Due to the high volume of enquiries and applications, we are unable to assist with completion of paperwork.

  4. We do not have a ‘waitlist’ for NRAS properties and therefore applications will not be retained after the property is leased.

  5. In order to comply with NRAS regulations, the listed rent is the maximum chargeable rate. Making an application above this rate will not have any bearing on your application.
‘Rent bidding’ is not supported by our Agency.

  6. You are not required to pay for any part of the application process. The purchasing of tenancy reports or any other features offered by our third party provider will not have any bearing on your application.

  7. Do not apply if your income is known to be above the limit. We are unable to make exceptions to the eligibility criteria.

Click here to proceed to our guide which will step you through the NRAS paperwork.
