STEP 3 - Tenant Income Assessment Form

Every person in the household who is earning income must complete a Tenant Income Assessment form. This includes minors who may be receiving a payment through Centrelink or have a part-time job.

The form includes space for one income earner to enter their details. If you have more than one income earner in your household, simply download additional copies. Ensure that you complete your name in the appropriate section near the top of the form.

NOTE: The Tenant Income Assessment form may differ depending on the property you are applying for. Should your application be shortlisted, we’ll advise if you need to complete a different form.

You should use the information that you have complied from the previous step to determine your income for the assessment period.
